SysMaster Introduces Sales and Support Automation Server

The server, which is the first member of SysMaster’s new line of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products, allows companies to streamline their sales and support operations, increase agent productivity and reduce overall costs.

SysMaster CRMaster Support and Sales Automation Server is a standalone solution for optimizing sales and support operations of enterprise customers. The system supports unified messaging and handles customer requests initiated through email, web, web chat, or phone. The product supports a number of standard and advanced features, including unlimited number of agent groups, rule-based request distribution, request management, integrated knowledge base, agent and group reporting, and product and inventory management. In addition, the system tracks a number of variables, like request volume, response times and agent workload that can be used to monitor and improve the quality of sales and support operations.
