In a research paper released earlier this month, SysMaster ranked second among startup IP PBX vendors.
The research paper entitled “A Ranking of Startup IP PBX Vendors” provides independent analysis of the IP PBX market and scores startup IP PBX vendors on a number of criteria, including product feature set, scope of partnership, platforms supported, interoperability with VoIP network elements, protocols supported, scalability, pricing, and deployments. In the iLocus study, SysMaster scored 134 points, sharing the second position with Centile and Swyx. Other vendors covered in the iLocus report scored as follows: Sphere Communications (168), Pingtel (116), DSG Technology (87), Talkswitch (82), and MERA Systems (71).
