SysMaster Corporation, a leading provider of Voice-over-IP and networking solutions for the enterprise, announced today the release of a new Web/XML GUI for its VoIP Gateway. The new interface simplifies the management of SysMaster VoIP Gateway over the internet and reduces the learning curve for end-users.
The updated Web/XML GUI interface allows easy gateway administration over the internet using intuitive and user-friendly format. The interface is accessible from any browser and offers Windows type management console, navigation button, and menu bar. The interface enables users to perform various system actions like restart, shut down, and view/change of system properties through the embedded object browser. The interface also allows multiple windows, window open/resize, and mouse right-click functionality for convenient access to a list of available actions.
“The rapid technological evolution of VoIP equipment in recent years has made managing a VoIP infrastructure a quite challenging task,” said Michael Fahey, SysMaster Director of Sales. “But here, at SysMaster, we always think of our clients when designing new products – that’s why we always put extra development efforts to ensure superior customer experience. We view those extra efforts as a long term investment that will pay off with better long-term relations with our customers”.
