SysMaster Quadruples the Capacity of its VoIP Gateway

SysMaster Corporation, a leading provider of Voice-over-IP and networking solutions for the enterprise, announced today that it has increased the capacity of its VoIP Gateway to 16 T1/E1 spans or 480 PSTN ports. The upgrade reflects SysMaster's prompt response to increasing market demand for medium density VoIP gateways.

SysMaster VoIP Gateway is a carrier-grade, SIP/H.323 compliant gateway that supports up to 480 PSTN ports through E1/T1/ISDN/PRI lines and up to 480 VoIP channels. The gateway routes all incoming calls via PSTN or VoIP channels based on custom routes for individual resellers and/or users. The product supports SIP, H.323 v2, v3, and v4 protocols, G729A/B/AB, G723.1, G726, and GSM codecs capable of operating concurrently, proxy services, and multiple gatekeeper registrations. With an optional add-on module, SysMaster VoIP Gateway can operate as a callback gateway and initiate callback services via one of the following methods - Web, Email, SMS, or ANI.
