The new product allows companies to speed up the resolution of complex customer issues, increase agents’ productivity and substantially reduce overall support costs.
SysMaster Desktop Sharing Server is a desktop sharing solution that enables support representatives to view and/or control remote computers and speed up the resolution of customer issues. The product operates seamlessly with most firewalls and NAT devices and easily integrates with existing support infrastructure. Besides desktop sharing, the product offers a number of advanced features, including desktop conferencing, file transfer, whiteboard, and shared clipboard.
